Drove over an hour to this dealership to see a specific car, only to be told when we arrived that it wasn’t even on the lot—and to make things worse, they had “lost the keys.” Completely unorganized and a total waste of our time. The salesperson apologized and promised he would personally drive the car down to us later that day to make it right… and then completely ghosted us. No follow-up, no explanation, nothing. If you value your time and basic communication, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
