Also runs a tow service and they are so rude and disrespectful. The tow driver called and didnt read the notes then turned and blamed me when the dispatch came from my insurance company then proceeded to swear at me until I hung up. To the owner. I believe you are not being truthful or you have a bigger issue on your hands, a company that is somehow registered under your same physical mailing and other posts that do suggest you offer towing, or clearly a sub company. Seems pretty scammy to me homie.

Most unprofessional & rude person I’ve ever encountered. This towing service was assigned to my vehicle by insurance, the tow truck driver called then started berating and yelling at me. He was upset that I didn’t want him to work on my vehicle & for him to just tow it, that then led to a tirade of insults. Stay away from this person he’ll take his anger out on you.

I had something stuck in my tire, so it went flat. My insurance company contacted Apex Towing and they were there within an hour. Trent, the tow truck driver, was a very nice man. Kept me informed of his ETA. Let me ride in the truck to where my car was being towed to for fixing the tire. Trent is a very nice person and got me car hooked up and un-hooked very quickly. I would call Apex Towing any time for a tow.

Great customer service & repairs. My brand new car was in a hit & run and had some deep scratches. The repairs looked good as new. I was given an accurate estimated time frame for when the repairs would be completed and was asked if I liked / disliked the fixes. Great communications & would recommend.
