Management is best described as sweeping resident concerns under the rug. Random charges and are unfairly billed for damages that were present upon move-in. Will charge any fee possible to take your money. huge scam. Do not waste your time or money.
I would not recommend living at The Grande Waypoint Apartments. The front office is run by students who are unprofessional and unresponsive. The trash dumpster is located ridiculously far from many of the apartment units, making it a daily inconvenience. After moving out, I called about my deposit, and they lied and said it had been mailed. When I called again to follow up, I was literally laughed at over the phone. Move in day was a disaster.. when we walked up to the door of the apartment for the first time, it was covered in trash that was left there for days ants consumed their entire doorway. The air filter had not been changed in over five years. 0/10 recommend this place! They are taking $170.00 out of my security deposit for a mistake that they made! Please do not live here!!! If you want a cute apartment look into the Windgate apartments they are cheaper and managment is 1000% better!
