I would not recommend living at The Grande Waypoint Apartments. The front office is run by students who are unprofessional and unresponsive. The trash dumpster is located ridiculously far from many of the apartment units, making it a daily inconvenience. After moving out, I called about my deposit, and they lied and said it had been mailed. When I called again to follow up, I was literally laughed at over the phone. Move in day was a disaster.. when we walked up to the door of the apartment for the first time, it was covered in trash that was left there for days ants consumed their entire doorway. The air filter had not been changed in over five years. 0/10 recommend this place! They are taking $170.00 out of my security deposit for a mistake that they made! Please do not live here!!! If you want a cute apartment look into the Windgate apartments they are cheaper and managment is 1000% better!
Ok renewing lease and was flat out lied to. I was promised a ground floor unit before we renewed our lease ,showed up to move out of our old unit into the new unit. It was on the second floor i have medical reasons that i cant do stairs i was told to bad that i didn't get it in writting and that they would not let me out of the lease.
