I lived here for two years, and my experience was consistently disappointing. We had multiple extended periods without functioning utilities, including weeks without the ability to do laundry and weeks of no air conditioning in the middle of summer. Management is best described as sweeping resident concerns under the rug. Random charges and are unfairly billed for damages that were present upon move-in. Will charge any fee possible to take your money. huge scam. Do not waste your time or money.
I would not recommend living at The Grande Waypoint Apartments. The front office is run by students who are unprofessional and unresponsive. The trash dumpster is located ridiculously far from many of the apartment units, making it a daily inconvenience. After moving out, I called about my deposit, and they lied and said it had been mailed. When I called again to follow up, I was literally laughed at over the phone. Move in day was a disaster.. when we walked up to the door of the apartment for the first time, it was covered in trash that was left there for days ants consumed their entire doorway. The air filter had not been changed in over five years.
