Ok renewing lease and was flat out lied to. I was promised a ground floor unit before we renewed our lease ,showed up to move out of our old unit into the new unit. It was on the second floor i have medical reasons that i cant do stairs i was told to bad that i didn't get it in writting and that they would not let me out of the lease. do not move here!! money hungry
Zero stars! Upon move in, mid July of 2024, we were required to pay the full months rent, no proration. The first unit, which we were told had been thoroughly cleaned and inspected wreaked of marijuana. The toilet had also been used and wasn’t clean. After finally getting hold of the MGR, and some spirited discussion, we were able to get a different “ clean and inspected” unit. place is NASTY! landlord is disrespectful, so many people cars have been broken into & the office is no help because they’re cameras are “broken” . People are bringing stolen vehicles here! changing pool hours and rates for rent are just all ove the place including the study room in the office area. unorganized for everything i suggest nobody moves here.
