I'd recommend you go with another company. I had a broken oven, and I called Apex. They didn't want to discuss any details of the issue on the phone and insisted on just doing a service call. Technician arrived, spent at most 10min looking at the oven. Without measuring anything beyond using an infrared thermometer to read the temp, he concluded that there were 2 broken parts, both discontinued and unavailable.
