Gaige was amazing to work with. He had our washer up and running in a week. He even took the time to explain washer maintenance to ensure it continues to run properly.
Very helpful, went through my options and made me feel at ease. Worked on price and explained everything. Didn’t end up getting the service done but was happy with our experience.
Just to follow up this review because I think its only fair. Apex did follow up on my calls to them. They reported that it was internet issues was the reasons for not returning my calls. They did come out to check on their work that was performed and said their work performed was guaranteed. So they made good on their promise but was pretty rocky on the follow up but I can overlook it and will give them another try if I have any future repairs.
