Mom here, with two-under-two, one of which is a newborn. My washer unexpectedly stopped working properly, and with littles, we burn through clean clothes daily, so having a washer out of commission isn’t ideal. I reached out to Apex / Jason for assistance. Filled in a form on their site as my LG washing machine was not working properly. Got a call a few minutes later from Spencer. Based on the issue described he knew actually what it was. They already had the part in stock and they came and fixed it a few days later at the price he had quoted. Easy to work with!
