Rarely do I write a review, but Jason (owner of Apex) was by far the most professional and helpful appliance repair tech I have ever encountered (LG washer and dryer issues). Immediate fix for dryer. Frank and honest about washer (repair costs are greater than a new one--but helped me sort out which brand(s) to buy from and which to avoid even though it would mean less work for him.) So knowledgeable about the whole situation. In and out in forty minutes.

Mom here, with two-under-two, one of which is a newborn. My washer unexpectedly stopped working properly, and with littles, we burn through clean clothes daily, so having a washer out of commission isn’t ideal. I reached out to Apex / Jason for assistance. He was super responsive and got us on his schedule for the following day, which was great! The day of our appointment he arrived early (so awesome) and took a look at our washer.
