I’ve lived here at Apex (formerly Blanco Crossing) for almost 7 years and my daughter also lived here from 2013-2018. The office staff has always been extremely helpful (with one exception of new staff that came in for a short time in 2017-thank gosh they were not here long!) and my maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. They will tow your car without any warning . They call Big State Wrecker Company, the excuse. Did not see your handicap permit. If you pay for a carport parking, (paid space) excuse; you did not have your parking permit on your windshield, new rule. They leave the gates open during the night so the wreckers can get in fast and take your car $290 . Do employees get a kickback?

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. My wife and I have been living here for almost 2 years and have been met by constant inconveniences since moving in from rude and dismissive office staff to extended periods of time to fix even the most minor issues. The office is rarely straightforward when seeking answers or time frames when things will be fixed.
