I could write book on this place! All the scams, lies, and lack of professionalism here is astounding. I’m usually good with words but this place will leave you speechless. The staff here is a revolving door of scamming, lying and incompetent individuals. You hope that the new staff can turn things around but because this place is so far in the gutter it’s impossible. I filled out an application and paid them $400 a week ago and received an email stating I had been conditionally approved. I called on Wednesday and was told they were waiting to see what the move in cost would be. Now it's Friday and Everytime I call the phone rings and hangs up on me. I want my money back this is ridiculous. I have literally been living in my car for the last week because of poor communication.
Do not rent here. I rented for 2 years. The theater room never worked. 2 years and they still didn’t replace the bulb when I moved out. The trash room was always full and people just left their trash outside the door because nobody cleaned it. The garage door was broken several times and took them months to fix it. They even had a cockroach infestation that took them months to deal with. They didn’t have regular staffing. I applied for an apartment here and paid a $350 refundable deposit. After canceling my application over a month ago, I was told I would receive my refund at the end of last week (8/15). It has now been several weeks, and I have not received my refund, nor have I received any updates. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, and sent follow-ups but have not gotten any response. This lack of communication and failure to return my deposit has been very disappointing.
