I applied for an apartment here and paid a $350 refundable deposit. After canceling my application over a month ago, I was told I would receive my refund at the end of last week (8/15). It has now been several weeks, and I have not received my refund, nor have I received any updates. It’s been so bad that our upstairs keep making big noises during quite hours for months. Super heavy steps, dropping things heavily, running, screaming, crying, moving heavy furnitures, jumping during all day. We couldn’t get enough sleep and cannot even have a normal relax at home after work. We been waking up at least few times during night time and early morning. Don't even bother applying. They'll tell you the holding deposit is refundable if you get denied and then they dodge your calls like the plague when you try to get your deposit back
Spacious but way too expensive. Don’t expect maintenance to actually fix anything if you put in a maintenance request. Be really thorough when you do the move in checklist because they are careless here and leave things damaged or broken. My Toilet overflowed because of failed maintenance on the apartments side and I had to stay in another unit for 6 weeks. They didn’t even shampoo or replace the affected carpets after this.
