A great gym with everything you'd need and more! I originally came for the manual treadmill but the gym is never stagnant in terms of equipment as it's recently added a hack squat and hip thrust machine. While it's not a large space, it allows me & others to get our workout in & leave with no time wasted. You won't see people just hanging out at a machine or platform here
Best gym in springs been coming here for about 2 years now and have never had issues nothing!!! Charles is badass and always willing to help !!!
This gym is amazing and has everything you could need. I’ve been going here for a month and will not be going anywhere else. This gym is never packed, it’s clean, organized, and plays good music. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who isn’t a fan of large commercial chain gyms ! It’s 24 hour. The owner is very nice as well !

Apex Animal House is hands down the best gym in Colorado Springs. It has everything I needed to train for rugby and getting into a fire department. Plenty of equipment for cardio and lifting. The 24hr access is perfect for when I needed to lift early before work or got off late.
