24/7 access, it’s kept very clean, the other gym goers are respectful and friendly, and the owner is extremely helpful and chill. It’s a great little spot for folks of any fitness level from complete beginners to the more advanced and experienced. Has plenty of open space for stretching and calisthenics, has aerobic machines for cardio, and every strength machine/piece of equipment you realistically need!

Been working out here for a couple months and can only say good things about this gym. The people here are considerate about space and the equipment. Has everything you could need. If you're deciding between this gym and a certain other big name gym nearby, do yourself a favor and come here!

My favorite gym in Colorado Springs! Everything you need to hit your fitness goals. If you’re looking for some personal training 1on1 or small groups, there are some highly skilled coaches working here as well!

A great gym with everything you'd need and more! I originally came for the manual treadmill but the gym is never stagnant in terms of equipment as it's recently added a hack squat and hip thrust machine. While it's not a large space, it allows me & others to get our workout in & leave with no time wasted. You won't see people just hanging out at a machine or platform here

Best gym in springs been coming here for about 2 years now and have never had issues nothing!!! Charles is badass and always willing to help !!!
