The anesthesiologist that worked with my son this morning was absolutely amazing. She gave us all the information needed, asked if I had any questions, included my son in conversation and addressed him very respectfully, and prepared me for the hard parts prior to facing them without knowledge. She talked to him and I through the whole process of him going to sleep and really made us feel at ease with a process that can be difficult to handle. Robert is absolutely amazing. My 10 year old son had to have a dental procedure and was very nervous. Robert managed to get him to smile and laugh before the procedure which in turn eased my fears knowing that he went to sleep a little less scared. When he woke up he was crying and very emotional and just kept wanting to hug Robert. He obviously found him very comforting. Robert is awesome at his job and I am VERY thankful for him to have made my sons experience a little less scary.
I RECOMMEND !!! As a mother I am worried about this type of anesthesia procedure, they are so professional and explained EVERYTHING from the beginning to the end, from their feeding and even their care, I work with young children and the love they show to the children and the attention, I was amazed by the team and the attention is the best. also speak Spanish. Thank you for being so professional and having a great experience. My little Joseph is playing like nothing ever happened.
The provider was so kind when he took my 6 year old daughter back for anesthesia for a dental procedure. We were the last case of the day and as they were waiting for her to wake up they were packing up. They told me she would let her go home after she opened her eyes and said some form of a word. Once they were done packing up they decided she was ready to go home. She hadn't opened her eyes, she hadn't said a word. I did what the medical provider told me to do, I started to head home.
