We had a great experience with Apex Air when our ice machine needed repair. Our technician, Josue, was professional, prompt, and clearly explained what the issue was. He thoroughly checked every part of the machine and made sure it was producing ice properly before leaving, which we really appreciated. We also want to recognize their customer service.
