Nate booked and explained everything that was going to happen. He booked me for the following Tues, on Thurs he called because they had an opening and because they knew I had asthma and wanted to help me out ASAP. Nate showed up on time, properly masked, and went through everything with me. Explained everything, there was no upcharging and set about his job with a smile. Thank you so very much!
