After a MFG defect(failed inverter due to assembly error) in a 3 year old heat pump caused a system failure, leaving us without a working unit, Ricardo Ruiz and Mathew Deroshers got right here and jumped in and troubleshot the problem in minutes. After a brief wait for the parts from the MFG, the crew returned and got us back up and running in no time. Very polite, professional and efficient. I am glad we found Apex when it was time for a replacement a few years ago....

I had an issue with my HVAC system and called the 24/7 line and was immediately helped and got service right away. Ricardo was great! He found the issues and fixed it within a timely manner. I am a first time home buyer so Ricardo educated me on my HVAC system and was such a big help. Would recommend Apex Air!

Locally owned with combined 1/2 century knowledge. Offer 0 interest fiance ( to me that’s insane) good personable staff.

Brandon is awesome, I initially had problems with how these guys handle customer service, but that has been resolved. And lessons learned I hope.

I don't typically post reviews but our experience with Apex Air was terrible enough that I want to steer others away. They installed a system on a new home. Within 3 years the system was experiencing serious issues. They did not want to cover or warranty any of their work. They charges $450 to "diagnose the issue" and change a control board (Which the manufacturer warrantied). That did not fix issue. Now they want over $1800 to search for a refrigerant leak with higher costs expected to fix it depending on issue and location... read more
