Brandon Peacock was the project manager and gave the overall experience an air of professionalism, friendliness and assurance. Bob Dolittle headed the installation with confidence, care and thoroughness. I could not have asked for a better team. Dave was the final employee and he was pleasant, efficient and competent. Overall, it was a great experience and the result is very comfortable, easy to use and worry free. Thank you so much!!

Highly recommend! I've waited to write a review until the new system was in place and running through multiple days of hot weather. So happy I went with Apex Air. With the old system, my primary bedroom, bathroom and closet were horribly hot in the summer with the downstairs being freezing. Brandon looked over the system and my house. He came up with amazing ideas to improve air flow. (Other companies were dismissive of my concerns to cool my room). Expensive. I expected it to work smoothly with the price tag. Techs had to come back multiple times to ‘level’ the air handler. Pressure was too low then too high in the heat pump. Finally got it dialed in and the thermostat keeps disconnecting from WiFi. Had a tech come out and told us it was a cheap thermostat and we should upgrade if we want it to work all the time. I hired Apex last year for routine maintenance on my AC and furnace to be proactive about potential issues. Unfortunately, my fan motor died this summer. When I called on July 18th, I was told the soonest a technician could come out was July 31st. As a returning customer who paid for preventive maintenance, I was disappointed that I wasn't prioritized, especially when other companies were able to offer same-day or next-day service.
