Highly recommend! I've waited to write a review until the new system was in place and running through multiple days of hot weather. So happy I went with Apex Air. With the old system, my primary bedroom, bathroom and closet were horribly hot in the summer with the downstairs being freezing. Brandon looked over the system and my house. Expensive. I expected it to work smoothly with the price tag. Techs had to come back multiple times to ‘level’ the air handler. Pressure was too low then too high in the heat pump. Finally got it dialed in and the thermostat keeps disconnecting from WiFi. Had a tech come out and told us it was a cheap thermostat and we should upgrade if we want it to work all the time. I hired Apex last year for routine maintenance on my AC and furnace to be proactive about potential issues. Unfortunately, my fan motor died this summer. When I called on July 18th, I was told the soonest a technician could come out was July 31st. As a returning customer who paid for preventive maintenance, I was disappointed that I wasn't prioritized, especially when other companies were able to offer same-day or next-day service.

By far the worst company. Apparently they don’t service Oregon clients no more. Especially the ones such like myself who is still under warranty. There after hours emergency service is ruthless and disrespectful. The gentleman had an outdated phone, when he speaks you can’t hear him. Call almost 5 times 5 hours later. Keep in mind spoke to the gentleman twice and was told if I call back he will block me and won’t pick up the calls. The lady on the other hand was sympathetic. Stay clear of this company. My wife and I highly recommend Apex Air to anyone considering a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump—or needing help with one. Last Friday, Apex repaired the water pump on our two-year-old unit. Our technician, Miguel Salamanca, was incredibly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the part delay, and assured us it would be fixed before the heat ramped up.
