I have used APEX for regular maintenance of my HVAC system and the service has always been prompt and efficient. Seth gave me plenty of helpful information during my routine “checkup” in January 2024. Carter (Service Technician) was also prompt/efficient/knowledgeable during my July 2024 routine maintenance. I highly recommend routine maintenance.
**** UPDATE **** Changing to 5 stars based on the response from the business. Charles called me on behalf of the owner. While they are open 24/7, they stopped offering emergency overnight services. They have since updated the listing, and today now shows them as closed instead of 24/7. Charles and the technician were both very apologetic and are working with us to resolve ASAP. We have been with Apex for seven years almost eight. Regular maintenance has been done on our heating unit and air. At the beginning of the recent heat wave our air went out. They were booked out for one week, no fault of their own. When they came out the man was very good at what he does and had the unit working in no time. He also checked out everything else on the unit to make sure it was also working before he left. We will be lifetime customers. We love you Apex thank you so much.
Apex Air clearly does not care about its customers. I have been a maintenance customer for several years, and I had my AC serviced in April, but did not need to use it until the Fourth of July during a heat wave. That day I turned it on and it didn't work. I am 75 years old and had my one year old grandson visiting me for a week, so it was serious.
