I had my furnace serviced a few weeks ago and the technician David discovered that the drain line wasn’t working properly. David scheduled a time to come back and fix the issue and tested it out to make sure it was working properly. David did a great job of communicating the issues and fixes and was very polite.

I own a commercial building and was having issues with an AC unit installed by Apex several years earlier. They responded quickly and sent a technician to check on the problem. They determined there was a major problem with the unit and were able to get a full warranty replacement of the unit, which was installed a few days later. My compressor has been sounding like a plane taking off for several months, another company told me it was normal (without even taking any pieces off to review). Decided to get a 2nd opinion. Apex was able to get me scheduled in about 48 hours for a diagnostic appt. David Fernandez was prompt. Super polite and considerate of my home. David is so kind and thorough. Did annual maintenance check on my furnace and heat pump. Everything running smooth but noticed a cover was missing on a valve. Said he'd look for one at the shop and stop by if he found it. Fully expected to not see him again. The next morning I received a call saying that David may have found a spare and could he stop by at the end of the day. What a fantastic surprise and wonderful customer service. That kind of service earns a lifelong customer! Thank you!
