I don't typically post reviews but our experience with Apex Air was terrible enough that I want to steer others away. They installed a system on a new home. Within 3 years the system was experiencing serious issues. They did not want to cover or warranty any of their work. They charges $450 to "diagnose the issue" and change a control board (Which the manufacturer warrantied). That did not fix issue. Now they want over $1800 to search for a refrigerant leak with higher costs expected to fix it depending on issue and location... read more
Had a great experience with their sales staff and installation crew for a full HVAC install (furnace and A/C). If you live in Oregon, be aware that they "no longer service our area" while they are still doing installs here. So after your 2 year warranty is up, it is likely they will no longer service your home and will direct you to find another company to work with.
Brandon Peacock was the project manager and gave the overall experience an air of professionalism, friendliness and assurance. Bob Dolittle headed the installation with confidence, care and thoroughness. I could not have asked for a better team. Dave was the final employee and he was pleasant, efficient and competent. Overall, it was a great experience and the result is very comfortable, easy to use and worry free. Thank you so much!!
Highly recommend! I've waited to write a review until the new system was in place and running through multiple days of hot weather. So happy I went with Apex Air. With the old system, my primary bedroom, bathroom and closet were horribly hot in the summer with the downstairs being freezing. Brandon looked over the system and my house.
