I have worked out at a lot of different gyms in this area and I can 100% say this is the best gym for me and here is why. 1. You aren’t waiting around for a bench and the equipment is in great condition. 2. If you have questions the owners respond quickly by email. 3. Great morning environment for someone that goes at 4-5am. Keep up the great work! 🤓

Truly the best gym I’ve ever been blessed to be a part of! Thomas and Frankie (the owners) are kind, welcoming, accommodating, and hold their business to a very high standard. This gym is a very positive, safe, and clean environment that is inclusive to everyone. It almost makes you feel that you are part of a family at Apex. These guys have brought a gem to the Southside and I wish them all of the best in continuing to provide this space for the community.
