On numerous occasions I have called and called and called and have been lied to and given the run around. I inquired about services back in April this year and still have yet to receive services for my daughter. She has regressed tremendously and it’s stressing me out because I can’t even inquire about services elsewhere until they close their auth which has been refused as well. I tried my hardest not to leave this review because I believe in positivity but today I’m calling, no answer, no response, no help, ONCE AGAIN!
