This place is amazing. I looked at many places in Lombard but nothing was nearly as good or clean as apex 41. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure to answer all your questions and more importantly they're very honest with you. I'm very happy with the decision I've made choosing this place and would definitely recommend it. If you're looking for a place that is very nice and relaxing this is the place for you.
Just moved into Apex 41 yesterday and I have never been happier! From the first day I walked into the Leasing office, Stacy and Jason made sure I already felt at home. Jason is the most upfront and honest leasing agent I have ever dealt with. The complex is brand new, everything from the appliances to the carpet to the gym equipment. After looking at other properties in the area, Apex 41 is without a doubt the best. I would highly recommend to come in and ask Jason or Stacy for a tour!
I moved into Apex 41 in December after 25 years in a single family home and I love it! Everything is brand new. It is quiet and clean. Katie Close in the leasing office is great, she showed my son and I around and help us pick the place we are in now. We looked at more than couple other local buildings, always came back to Apex being the best choice. I commute to the city and Downers Grove Metra is 8 minutes to the parking garage at the station.
