Package theft has been increasing and the apartment management has no plans to fix this. We need a package hub or something else because this is ridiculous. Nearly 3 times a week I find peoples opened packages around the property, peoples confidential documents are being stolen. It's becoming a growing source of frustration for residence. Maintenance team is very quick and professional with requests atleast
Efrain Vazquez did an excellent job fixing an AC water leak. He arrived at the apartment quickly after the request was submitted, and the app’s interface and coordination made the whole process smooth.
I lived here for almost 1 year and I’m telling you don’t live here! People stealing packages! And the management don’t event want to help to check the cameras! People steal package here! People steal packages here! People steal package here! I lost another package that worth $200! And I contacted Apex, they just ask me to contact police! No action was taken on Apex side. Unit 323 has roaches. According to the pest control guy, they can come up through the plumbing from the sewer. Apex won't repair any cracked pipes and pest control can't put any pest killer down the drains for environmental reasons which means this will be a never ending problem. After having informed Apex, I asked if I could be moved to another unit and was told I could not because I now have roaches and they don't want it to spread to other units. I'm sorry?
