I am writing this to warn prospective tenants about the predatory notice-period traps at Apex. Despite providing notice on March 1st for a March 7th lease expiration, and having the unit professionally deep-cleaned and move-out ready (Turnkey condition), management is attempting to force a 30-day rent penalty. Package theft has been increasing and the apartment management has no plans to fix this. We need a package hub or something else because this is ridiculous. Nearly 3 times a week I find peoples opened packages around the property, peoples confidential documents are being stolen. It's becoming a growing source of frustration for residence. 5 stars just for maintenance. Every single one of them has been excellent in the time I’ve lived here. Today Shmarie and Juan stopped by to fix a leak and clogged sink. They replaced damaged components and were gone in less than 30 minutes.
