I strongly regret renting at Apex and would not recommend this property. Since moving in, I have dealt with marijuana smoke entering my studio nearly every day through my only two windows, making it difficult to breathe, sleep, or ventilate my apartment. Despite repeatedly reporting it, calling patrol multiple times, and sending detailed emails, management has done virtually nothing. Erik on the maintenance team did an outstanding job! Our kitchen sink was completely clogged, and he fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. What really stood out was that he cleaned up everything after he finished, leaving the area spotless. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. Thank you, Erik, for the excellent service.I highly recommend him!
