if I can give zero stars I would. my father at loyola hospital is palative - Hospice which this facility knew last night as my father was going to be transferred over. I asked 1st if I could tour the facility today 6-9-26 this morning at 10 am which I never set up that time the facility did for me. within 30 seconds of arrival was told my father would not be accepted he was more Hospice. This place is horrible for a loved one .. raggedy furniture...so outdated tape on the air conditioner...staff on the phone on tik tok...food look like it's for a raccoon..just disgusting.Just sad.
I'm a firm believer in first impressions leaves lasting impressions. My first experience with Aperion Forest Park was definitely a *Awesome One*. The staff (Ms. Beverly - Front desk Receptionist, Ms. - Courtney - CNA, and the D.O.N - Ms. Lisa) greeted me with a Warm Welcome and Kind Customer Service from the being of my visit to the end.
