i was there 4 years ago. i dont know what it is now. but the staff were always unattended to residents. couldnt chat with residents. the nurses didnt wanna do showers. staff would be lazy and not do their job. rishona that was there kept giving people the run around, telling people they can stay. the behavioral aid supervisor wasnt very intuned. erin kelly resigned. meals sucked. used to be called rivera care i guess and changed the business to aperion care. sad. smrhf facilities are a joke. rude people and dont have enough ... read more
