Very poor customer support. I had to talk with 3 different representatives to determine the exact requirements for my business, instead of blindly following what their automated onboarding process was forcing me to comply with. Despite the 3rd rep finally providing enough information to help me understand the process, it felt like I was twisting their arm. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Unethical, mismanaged, and abusive. Draconian. They use the "industry standard" 15-minute up-billing model to micromanage their own employees. At the end of each day, employees must “bill” and justify their every 15 minutes of time to some internal or external “project” ticket. They pretend to "value" employees with trite aphorisms like "we are family, and family matters..." and refer to their employees as "One Team" while ever covertly seeking cheaper offshore labor “solutions.” They callously and abruptly fire their once "... read more

Met some wonderful hardworking people at Aperia but top management doesn’t appreciate those employees who are dedicated and tend to play fast and loose with rules and regulations.
