I really enjoyed the workouts—truly fantastic. However, I moved out of town in May after purchasing a home, which made attending much less convenient. I attempted to cancel my membership in June and reached out multiple times to the Tyler location via phone, email, and even social media, but I never received a response. After two weeks of no communication, I contacted the Fort Worth location the day before I was billed for July.
