These coaches and this facility is a gem for this area. As a coach for a decade prior to coming to Tyler, TX, I can confidently say this is the best facility, programming and staff I have encountered. The level of care from Sam and his coaches, Logan, Brandon, Jalen, and Conner is unmatched. My wife and I started here a year ago with their spherical adult program and it has been truly life changing. We drive from Ben Wheeler, which is 45 minutes away because of all that I have stated above. Thank you APEC for everything!
I really enjoyed the workouts—truly fantastic. However, I moved out of town in May after purchasing a home, which made attending much less convenient. I attempted to cancel my membership in June and reached out multiple times to the Tyler location via phone, email, and even social media, but I never received a response. After two weeks of no communication, I contacted the Fort Worth location the day before I was billed for July. They were helpful and processed both my cancellation and a refund for June, which I appreciated. ... read more
