We switched to Affiliated Pediatrics after another dentist wanted to use anesthesia & tie my 3yr olds arms down to fill a hole in her tooth. After meeting Dr. Tim, he said it wasn’t necessary and he sang to her and filled the hole on a few minutes. She laid still and enjoyed his silly song. I was sold! This is the type of dentist I wanted for my kids! That was 14 years ago and every visit has been great since! Ortho is also fantastic!
After a disappointing and inappropriate experience at a different pediatric dentist, our pediatrician and a close friend recommended Affiliated to us. The transition was seamless -and what a relaxing wonderful appt it was! My kiddos do great at the dentist, but we really appreciated the fun and friendly staff. Dr. Tim was so nice and thorough and we are so grateful to have landed here! Appt times were honored and the actual visit was just run so efficiently! We went to this dental office when we used to live in AZ. While visiting the state 4 years later, my daughter’s orthodontic appliance broke. The ortho office graciously saw us and fixed the problem even though they were suppose to be heading to lunch. This says so much about the type of people who work there. They go above and beyond. I am so grateful for them.
I had a consultation at APD&O this week. To measure my experience as “great” would be an understatement. Every single person representing this brand provider—from the receptionist, to Missy, Amber, Ashley to Dr. Feinberg—we’re nothing shy of AWESOME! And I get the sense they were simply being who they are individually and collectively, doing what they do! Yet, by way of request, they did extra. Thank you, APD&O! Thank you for being so kind, and hope to see you all again as time and purpose prevails.
A positive experience for our daughter until we changed insurance and no one notified me ahead of our appointment that we’d be paying out of pocket for what was previously completely covered, even after I confirmed our new insurance with them. Very disappointed in how they handle the financial side of their business.
