I have a car loan with them. This is the second time they have increased my payment without my knowledge. The first time they block all my accounts I could not get any access to my personal money that I deposit. I had to go to Facebook and file a complaint on them and their manager called me after. ALL OF THE APCU LOCATIONS ARE FILLED WITH MINORITY FEMALES WHO ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I'M A MINORITY AS WELL AND ITS VERY DISHEARTENING THAT EVERY INTERACTION I HAVE WITH AN APCU EMPLOYEE IS MET WITH AN ATTITUDE AND DISDAIN FOR THEIR OWN JOB. THE ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION (TERESA), WAS PROBABLY THE MOST UNHELPFUL MGR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AND I'M A MANAGER MYSELF!!
