I had wood rot problem around my windows and on the fascia of my house. Realty Repair Co. fixed both. The work started and completed with no surprises. The wood rot is gone and the new wood matches the rest of the house. Very good work and good communication. I recommend them for anyone in Puyallup with wood rot repair on windows or fascia.
Our chimney had a leak for a long time and other people could not fix it. Dindar from Realty Repair Co. opened the chimney chase to find the real problem. inside, the wood framing and the siding were rotted from the water. They repaired everything - new framing, new siding, stopped the leak. the work is solid and we have no mor water problem. Thank you for doing the real repair, not just covering the problem. We defiantly recommended Realty Repair for Future.

The guys did great work and had great communication and flexibility when setting up the initial appointment. They installed the water heater neatly and pretty quickly. Thank you for the great customer service throughout the process!
