If you would like atrocious service from a medical institution, this is the place for you! The doctors are really nice - but the admin staff and front desk reception is shocking. If anyone is dead set on using APC pediatrics, do yourselves a favor and visit the Bradenton location - the difference is chalk and cheese with the same doctors.
As a concerned parent, I want to share our family’s experience at APC Pediatrics. Unfortunately, it raised serious concerns about how this practice approaches patient care and communication. During my daughter’s examination, we noted that several children at her school had been out for days, some for over a week, with the same symptoms she was experiencing. We love APC, especially Dr. Rippy. This is our first baby and thank God we found Dr Rippy. All of the nurses are wonderful, everyone at the front desk are wonderful.
