As a concerned parent, I want to share our family’s experience at APC Pediatrics. Unfortunately, it raised serious concerns about how this practice approaches patient care and communication. During my daughter’s examination, we noted that several children at her school had been out for days, some for over a week, with the same symptoms she was experiencing. We love APC, especially Dr. Rippy. This is our first baby and thank God we found Dr Rippy. All of the nurses are wonderful, everyone at the front desk are wonderful.

I like Dr. Rippy but getting an appointment and working with the front desk is very challenging. With 3 weeks of advanced planning, I tried to reschedule an appointment and was told there weren't any options that are early morning, end of day or Saturday (the wait is 2+ months). I was then told if I don't take the time I was given (it was rebooked when I asked to keep the original appointment time), my son will just have to go without his meds as the doctor won't prescribe it without the appointment.
