Just like the other bad reviews said, the front desk workers are very rude. Every time I take my kids, the one on Rye rd won't even look at you and acts annoyed if I have any questions. They also talk amongst one another about you or the other patients. Really awkward. It really sucks because I love the doctors especially Dr. Rippy. He is amazing! Also be careful to not be late. I was late for 5 min, went to a new location for the first time, there was a line at the front desk and they said I have to reschedule or wait for a... read more
