Horrible. They retaliate if you complain which is ok to do especially if the workers are rude and hanging up. They are retaliating against my sisters care for complaining according to Ms Jodie cause I complain now they cant call me to verify but will call me to have me a hour on phone to go back a month cause they never called to confirm in care to document hospitals and employees clock ins n outs.
