I would look elsewhere for services. I have been dealing with them for awhile and nothing ever gets resolved. The provider I had has just moved to a different agency after what happened with me. She should not be able to work ever again with people!!! Reports have been made but they will take awhile. They know what happened and I wish they would do more about this individual. I have went elsewhere for provider services.
I had my Total Knee Surgery By Dr Cobos at Harlingen Medical Center on January 23 rd. There nurse came by and Assessed me. On Wednesday the Physical Therapist Eva showed up. Very Professional. Awesome attitude. She worked with me for a whole month. Just me and my Walker. Two other Male therapist Andres and the other gentlemen's name eludes me. They told me if I ever needed help to call them. I did, they never returned my call. They were suppose to send a temp provider (8:00am) to help my mom, they never showed up. Apc called (10:30) to tell me no one was coming because of my cat. Stay clear, they will claim to help, but it's all hyperbole.
