Initial communication is normal, once you're in is a different story. The nurse was very good and tried her best to assist but the office removed her report and nor she or us were notified. OT was not trained to deal with my mother's condition and they only have one so it was useless. My mother went without OT and Speech and language because they didn't want to work due to the virus.
