Good prompt courteous service
Rob is the best, AND MOST HANDSOME, parts man in the world (or Guelph). He helped me and my cousin find some obscure Japanese parts for a 30 year old import car that was modified by the previous owner in Japan making it very difficult to source parts for. Robs perseverance and positive attitude make him a S tier customer service rep. Thanks again for your help! Special mention to Jody and Danielle for always staying positive and helpful! I know mechanics and the public in general can't always be easy to deal with.
My go to parts place. Have been dealing with Maggie and Jodi for a long time. Definitely recommend.
Decent selection of Automotive parts. Buyer beware as like most places the suppliers have gone down hill in North America for great quality. Pay attention to your warranty is my advice.
