I would not use this apartment agency. They have not given me my rebate, and it’s been going on 3 months!! The agency is real quick to get paid their money, but does not send out the rebate. I’ve been calling the office every day, and no one does not pick up the phone. Does someone not work behind the desk everyday? Or are they avoiding me because of my rebate? Unprofessional business. Wouldn’t recommend any apartment complex to use them, so that they’re new residents won’t get led to getting their rebate.

Becky lied to us and wasn't honest to give the rebate. We went through all the paperwork and time and they said they didn't get the commission as expected and as outlined in their guideline so they can't give back anything. I'm not happy with them at all. Please try someone else and don't trust on rebate if they are promising to give you anything. THEY WILL TRICK YOU!
