Toured here and ended up somewhere else but management was incredible. Tina was who I spoke with and she was wonderful and so nice.

I took a tour of this complex this past fall and I was impressed. While it may not have a gym, pool or community center, what it does have is nice units to live in and they were almost all sold out. I toured with Tina and she was honestly the best. She was tentative, answered questions and my concerns and just overall very friendly. I ended up living elsewhere due to location but this would have been my ideal option.

I absolutely LOVED living at Edgehill for the 2 years I lived there! In fact, I loved it so much that my partner and I just recently signed a lease to move back there this year! Truly feels like I'm coming home. Tina and Rod are absolutely wonderful and you could tell they cared very much about the community and that they are not owned by some scummy rental company. Just move here! trust me.

I was a resident here for 2.5 years and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The other reviews are correct in their praise for Tina and Rod: two incredibly helpful people who are committed to delivering the best living experience for tenants. This is a rare apartment complex that isn't owned by a large company, and you can tell. I called about leasing info, Tina the property manager was very rude, hung up in my face after I asked about corporate leasing and their energy system. I called back to give and receive some clarity and she continued to be very rude!
