Worst customer service ever!! Very unfriendly as well as unhelpful and God forbid they actually have to do something besides answer your phone and saying nope can't help you click. One of my packages was delivered to their building by mistake and I have been fighting for 3 days to get my package from them just to be given the runaround and every excuse except actually help someone. I would strongly caution anyone considering living at this apartment complex, especially people of color. From the very beginning of my move-in experience, management created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. Shortly after I moved in, I was accused of “trashing” my private balcony, when in reality I had just moved in and had unpacking boxes outside. I do not recommend this apartment complex, especially for individuals or families of color. From the very beginning of our tenancy, my husband and I experienced what we believe to be consistent discrimination and unfair treatment from property management, specifically Tina and Stan. I am a Black woman and my husband is white, and the pattern of behavior we encountered raised serious concerns. Within our first week, we were subjected to multiple accusations without evidence. Toured here and ended up somewhere else but management was incredible. Tina was who I spoke with and she was wonderful and so nice.
