I've lived in many apartment complexes in Columbus, and my experience here is among the best. Our unit was great, and the property's location is unbeatable. You're within arm's reach of basically anything you need. At the time of writing, the price is also highly competitive compared to other properties in the area. Loved living here, Tina and Rod are amazing!!
Overall very good experience living here, price is reasonable and the apartments itself is very well kept. For how convenient the location is, definitely a good value. Tina from the leasing office is very easy to work with and Rod from maintenance fix things very quickly and efficiently. Small downside is that there's only one trash place, and it's kinda far, so in the winter it can be a bit challenging to take out the trash.
I cannot say enough positive things about the Apartments on Edgehill. By far, one of the best places to live in Grandview. Tina and Rod are amazing and go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Upon move in, the apartment was spotless. Tina even allowed my roommate and I to pick up our keys early to begin the moving process. When requesting Maintenance, Rod is there within hours to help!
