I had the best experience living at Edgehill. I had a bit of an emergency and actually had to move in a couple of weeks before my lease began, Tina was so kind and accommodating. Both she and Rod are the best individuals and go the extra mile to ensure you have a great living experience. The location of the complex cannot be beat.
I loved Apartments on Edgehill and lived here for three years! I truly have no complaints and always felt safe and taken care of. Rod and Tina went above and beyond and were nothing short of warm, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Visitor parking is a breeze too for when you have guests! I highly recommend this complex.
1450 for a one bedroom is very expensive. 200/month for utilities for winter and 150/month for spring is extortionate. Management is excellent however. One gripe is there is no balcony smoking.

The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained. Maintenance and management is very responsive and when maintenance issues come up they are fixed promptly within 24 hrs. Great proximity to OSU, the short north, and Grandview Ave. I am very grateful to have found this apartment.
