I lived there for about a year and a half. When I moved in, I was disappointed—the building looked nothing like what I was shown, and my apartment wasn’t ready. Once Jen became manager, things improved greatly. She was communicative, supportive, and had fixed almost every issue left by the previous manager. I’ve been living here for 8months and have yet to had any major problems. small minor issue came up the other day with my shower and they fixed it ASAP!! the new management seems to be bring this place back to life hints to the old reviews being so nasty.. they reopened the pool this summer and also fixed intercoms!! seems they are getting it together bit by bit.. no complaints! -S.Austin

I’ve been living here for 9 months! The Property manager, Ms. Castilow and the Cedar Ridge team is awesome! For starters it’s very affordable and in a great location! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the tenants are very kind! The location is perfect in my opinion! There are shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all in walking distance making commuting and everyday life so convenient. The buildings and grounds are kept very clean and maintained! I loved there for 2 years. After about 1&1/2 years I had to go on disability. A friend was paying rent for me while I was waiting on my disability to start. He quit paying and never told me. I was not notified by the rental office either until a few months later. I did eventually catch up the rent. However the rental office decided not to renew my lease when it ended in October. I moved out at the end of October. Lo & behold when I went to rent another apartment a year later I found out they put it through as an eviction.
