Positives: One of the first to move into the new complex, open floor plan with two car garage and washer dryer. Very good sound barrier between units. Negatives: many issues on move in check list were never corrected. Dead bolts did not work because holes were not lined up so fixed myself after three requests to management to correct the issue. Pipe cracked during construction took a week to repair and had to clean up after their contractors after every visit. Blinds broke so waited another 4 days for repair. Lack of natural... read more
I stopped in to look at the apartments and met the community manager, Heather. I felt that she should be commended for the job that she does as she was personable, courteous, friendly, and answered all of my questions. With this being said, I would definitely be interested in renting one of their beautiful apartments!
