This is an awesome place to live! The staff, including Samantha and Miranda, are genuinely such great people. They have made my move to The Yard a seamless transition, and I’m very thankful for the excellent customer service the team provides to take care of their residents! I highly recommend moving to The Yard in Grandview Heights!
Just signed lease today for The Yard. Place looks awesome! Grounds clean and well kept, friendly people, and amazing pool and workout facility. Like the fact, there’s no additional fee to use the pool or workout facility. Alex from the leasing office did a fantastic job showing us everything The Yard had to offer. He was very accommodating for my busy schedule and was happy to spend extra time with us to be sure we found the perfect fit for us. Thanks Alex for all your help! Looking forward to the move in….
AC and service is poor and unreliable.
I was just a visitor so I can not say how living there is but the grounds were meticulously kept. Everyone seemed to be very respectful of where they walked and so many pet stations to drop off dog business. The place looked clean and well cared for. Make sure if you are visiting that you get out and take a long walk around. It's beautiful.
I didn't end up leasing here but it's a great property and area. The amenities and apartments are nice. Jessica (leasing agent/property manager) showed me around. She was extremely nice, helpful, and always responded to my emails/questions very quickly afterward.
