I originally made a 5-star review off the simple fact of the leasing agent Diana!! She has been BEYOND AMAZING and Her customer service is 100 out of 10. The maintenance team is also amazing. On the other hand, the community itself is horrible. I live on the side by the Bar infused and every night there was groups of men usually 5-10. They smoke they drinks their loud and it never stops. There always food venders that come out and attract a large crowd. There were at least 3 shootings that happened right outside my apartment... read more

The lady that did the tour seemed nice but I'm a book reader and I prefer education to wifi and television. The price for the apartment as advertised was different from the prove I was shown when it included wifi. I don't want wifi, I don't want TV.nim a book reader. Television and wifi distracts me from my educational studies and things on the Internet are dangerous like predatory people and the content. I also noticed that the amenities were dirty yet people act like the complex is luxurious. The grill area was dirty too. ... read more
I’ve had multiple issues with my AC - the maintenance team has done all they can do but this is the second time by AC has gone out when it’s 80* degrees out
