Alister Uptown is a great place to live. The perfect location with staff that really cares about its residents. Diana is amazing and is always ready to assist. She’s always kind and very professional.
Great community to live in.Nice gym, and club house but the clubhouse is only open until 6pm.You are minutes from many attractions; restaurants, shops, etc. the community is clean, and the buildings are as well. You can’t hear your neighbors through the walls and the staff is really nice especially Diana that’s the one to talk to. Diana and Jennifer are diligent, efficient, and courteous. They are always so helpful with anything I've needed and complete all service requests quickly and smoothly. Diana helped with my move-in and made it incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

I have never experienced such rudeness, odd and unwelcoming behavior from a property manager before. I haven’t been able to connect with the leasing team to schedule a tour over the phone so I drove over to set up an appointment. At first glance, the office was empty and I just assumed they were out showing units and so I sat down in their lobby to wait.
