Recently changed management and it’s HORRIBLE. Staff members are rude, not helpful, and condescending over the phone. Avoid renting here at all costs… don’t walk, run away.
I have lived here for years and truly loved it until the property was sold and RAM Partners took over. I originally planned to stay until I purchased a home, but that has completely changed. I had never seen roaches or pests here until new management came in. When I reported it, the office told me they would send someone to spray, but no one ever came and the problem only got worse. They will leave bio hazard on the floor from sewage leaks for days even after being notified of the issues. So your hallway is gonna smell like shit your apartment is gonna smell like shit. The carpet is gonna be wet with shit water and you’re gonna pay $1700 a month for the privilege of living there. When we first moved into Holly Crest, it was a great experience. The community was well-managed, the amenities worked, and it truly felt like a great place to live. Unfortunately, ever since RAM management unexpectedly took over and the entire staff was replaced, things have gone downhill. It now feels like they’re cutting corners and squeezing everything they can out of the property while giving little back to residents.
