Benjamin was amazing ! i came in for a tour the other day and the office staff was super friendly and welcoming. benjamin was super helpful and showed me around the community. grounds were maintained and clean. the apartments were cute and cozy. excited to move in next week!

Unbelievable service Three years ago I found myself needing a place in a new state. I searched the area to have easy access to public transportation. I narrowed my search to West Valley and West Jordan area. After touring several properties my decision was made by three factors; one, availability, two, condition of property and third efficiency and service of staff. Not even worth 1 star!!! **Formally known as West Pointe Apartments-Do check out the reviews on their page....it's worth it. I'm so sad I rushed into living here. I can't wait until my lease is up. I have never paid so much for so little. No dishwasher, no storage no washer/dryer in unit and no central air! They also charge for parking even if you don't have a car. No utilities are paid by them. They also charge for the "landscaping/property maintence" monthly. My apartment smells of smoke non stop. It did since the day I mo... read more

DONT waste your time! Me and my boyfriend were excited to move here last year!...... Until we got settled in and realized the place was riddled with cockroaches! Having sprayed it ourselves, set traps, and having the mgmt spray, after 6ish months it was down to only seeing a couple every once in awhile. Still so gross. Absolutely no parental supervision in the complex with kids running around screaming ALL day up until 9pm. Perfect All staff friendly. Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Very large rooms and living space. Lots of natural light. Very close to fun, shopping, and food. I couldn't be happier! I'm very happy to have found this place.
Exceptional Very close to trax station for local transportation and has proven very useful. Rooms are very spacious and accessible in our 2 bedroom apartment
