After sometime and just analyzing everything here, I can say that it’s not what they make it seem to be. Management doesn’t seem to check up on tenants or even bother to due diligence about situations, only seeming to care about getting people in and out for the turnover and paychecks. Good luck trying to get anything fixed. It literally takes maintenance business days to get back to you, if they even check their phones. Lived there from 2014-2025, forced to move out after a change in management in 2022 saw the grounds decline into a dog feces, degenerate tenant infested hellhole. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
When I lived here as a teenager this place was a different world. It was beautiful and full of friendly residents, always clean and a joy to live at. But now as an adult living here has been the worse experience imaginable. Just read the other reviews. Pretty much sums it up. Dirty, management is unprofessional, lacking knowledge on how to deal with the public and super dismissive.
Worst place I have ever lived. I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. I have never seen management as useless as this place.
