We walk by there almost every day we live downtown and we have a couple of poodles and they're black and they always have the cutest little dresses on you can't miss us. I have been looking at this apartment complex for quite a while so I will definitely call management thank you so very much.
These character apartments are at the perfect location for anyone looking to live in a walkable downtown neighborhood! The ground floor of this building has awesome businesses and restaurants.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental property. We were supposed to move in October but could not because they took 3 weeks to replace the trashed carpets. They didn’t send a cleaning crew or maintenance so I had to clean the place myself. The previous tenants left trash and furniture..shopping carts etc on and under the deck that they never took care of. Erin told us they would paint before we moved in, that never happened. Erin is great to work with. Redpoint is one of the best management companines I have delt with.
The worst property management in town, Erin is the worst she just does what she wants to do, often taking things personally instead of doing things professionally or legally.They are the next Goldmark in the making just doing whatever they want and not caring about the tenants, repairs or snow removal at all.
