The staff is good to work with. They are knowledgeable of the property and it’s amenities.
New management is really working hard to make improvements.
I was recommend to visit Selwyn Flats due to the gorgeous studio apartments and year around pool access. Price point was affordable. I absolutely loved the office staff they were very helpful and accommodating to my specific needs and concerns. I enjoyed my tour and plan to rent a studio unit by the end of the year. I love the southpark area and access to my favorite restaurants and shops. Thank you again! ~ Sheila
I lived here for two years, and had a miserable experience. Multiple people were smoking marijuana and it was feeding through the vents to other units. Selwyn flats refused to do anything about this outside of sending a few apartment wide emails. When there was an issue I called multiple times to the office, left several emails, and even popped by the office but no one was there, or willing to respond.
