Don’t have central A/C and can’t even have a window ac. Scammers for money
Awesome people to rent from. Made it so easy for me to find a house for me and my family. Very convenient and awesome that they have a second chance program that allows everybody the opportunity to find a place to live.

Don’t believe the false advertisement, they do not have storage nor washers and dryers and any bug problems and rat problems, they will blame you for everything and all they want is your money and the don’t keep up with the apartments like they should they didn’t treat the apartment correctly they only treat one unit at a time. I wouldn’t rent from them all I lived in ark apartments for 4 years and never have I dealt with bed bugs problem. Place is not well taken care of, infested with bugs, outside has alot of garbage. Landlords are slumlord I dont reccomend renting here
