Terrible communication and almost impossible to work with. Try their landline (disconnected) and check their webpage which has been “ in development / coming soon“ for ever. . . that will tell you what they are like to get in touch with if you ever have an issue.
Extremely poor service. Phone number is now disconnected. Stay away from apartment stays at all costs!
I don't know how a business with such poor reviews and such blatant criminal behaviour can still be operating. I am a landlord who made the unfortunate mistake of leasing with this deplorable entity. My experience was similar to some of the other landlords on here. The other residents in the building lived in a state of utter terror and some were driven from their own homes due to the imminent threat to person and property by the tenant and his associates. My experience is the same as Peter Brown’s. I own a small apartment which I rent to Apartment Stays Melbourne. Worst mistake I ever made as a landlord. The tenant they have put in there is terrorising people in the rest of the block. Spitting , swearing, screaming, loud music, smashing doors and windows, drug deals on the property, are just some of the complaints I have had from other people in the block and surrounding properties.
