This is the most useless office ever! They don’t help with anything! They don’t even answer the phone 97% of the time! They really could save some money and just close this place.
It is difficult (feels impossible) to reach someone whether it be a property manager, or the corporate office. I have put in an application for a sibling who is low income and homeless. Every day counts when it comes to low income housing, however the residents are often treated in a less than professional manner because the demand for the housing is so high.
