The entire company especially Joelle, Chelsea, Ian and the entire team has amazing compassion and really gets to know their tenants but mind you ONLY their favorites. I wish they could see beyond what’s on paper and actually seeing the tenants individually with empathy and respect . I have never known another company to be so on top of disaster, threats made to staff, cockroaches, I had to catch might own squirrel as well as poison on the grass they deal as pet friendly. well with maintenance even though they are extremely b... read more

They don’t take care of their buildings and they don’t pay their contractors. If you live in one of their properties make sure you know to call 311 and get an inspector out when you have trouble.
I’ve had a GREAT experience in my building. The staff are kind, reasonable and professional. I love my building and my neighbors! My building is quiet and well priced for the area. I only have a few things I would love to see updated: A package locker or package room with cameras!! Since we are in the city there is a lot of package theft. I also would love if we had more washing machines, & lastly a code for our front door as the only way to access the building is with your phone so if your phone dies or you lose it there is... read more
