@ move-in review: Really nice move-in process facilitated by Lanore!! Our unit was recently painted and so it feels like a brand new spot. @ 4-months in review: I really like the Beltrami area which is why I chose this spot. For some reason, the company schedules parking lot repair and tells everyone to move our cars or else be towed at our expense, in August, so the heat made rescheduling inevitable. I would tread carefully with apartment resource group. I was very interested in a listing and had two tours scheduled to view the apartment, each time the tours were cancelled last minute by the agent Ian Larson. If you want an agent who is reliable and communicative I would recommend looking somewhere else.
There’s no cameras or access codes for delivery drivers around the apartment I’ve gotten 6 packages stolen and maintenance takes a month to come.
Experienced nothing but unprofessionalism with ARG. The Marshall Apartment had a mice issue and noise issue with some of the tenants and they were not proactive in solving those issues. Additionally, they did not charge utilities monthly and gave a lump sum close to 400 dollars without my knowledge. They also tried to charge me for holes in the door that were already there and documented on their website during the day of move-in. The staff here have been absolutely amazing. Move in was a breeze and we couldn't be happier with our apartment.
