Maintenance was on top of everything quick fast and had all the tools to do the job on both of my faucets less than 25 to 30 minutes tops to be honest since the new owners took over the maintenance work orders have been handled and taken care of top tier and not on back orders and just on a waiting list honestly I wish I could rate more than five stars the way I have maintenance been handling things I would give them 10 Stars every time they do a job because they're on top of it.
