My elderly parents live with me, and we all enjoy the spaciousness of the townhouse, and the one- level living. The laundry room and the attached two car garage are added bonuses. If ever a problem arises on the property or around the property it is taken care of by the maintenance team promptly. The grounds themselves could use more care, but overall I love the area and my neighbors are great!
We've been living at our place for a couple of years now, and working with Apartment Resource Group has been a great experience. Everything has gone smoothly, and the team is always easy to work with. A huge shoutout to our property manager, Billy—he truly goes the extra mile to keep things running well and make the property a better place to live. His dependable and professional service gives us real peace of mind, knowing any issues will be taken care of promptly.
The entire company especially Chelsea and Nina plus the entire team has amazing compassion and really gets to know their tenants but mind you ONLY their favorites. I wish they could see beyond what’s on paper and actually seeing the tenants individually with empathy and respect . I have never known another company to be so on top of heresy; disaster, threats made to staff, cockroaches, I had to catch might own squirrel as well as poison they put on the grass/ dirt is so poisonous to our animals and they claim as pet friendly... read more
