The maintenance man is very kind and he listens to your concerns and problems he takes care of the issues right away he’s highly experienced and dependable. I feel better having people that actually help and ignore the tenants concerns and worries .
My elderly parents live with me, and we all enjoy the spaciousness of the townhouse, and the one- level living. The laundry room and the attached two car garage are added bonuses. If ever a problem arises on the property or around the property it is taken care of by the maintenance team promptly. The grounds themselves could use more care, but overall I love the area and my neighbors are great!
