The price is good, but that’s about it. We’ve been without heat in our apartment for almost 3 weeks now, and management has done nothing. They’ve replied saying they’ll “let maintenance know,” but that’s it. This is incredibly frustrating. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you can afford it. EDIT: Still without heat. One of the maintenance staff dropped off a portable heater last week, but nobody has been by to fix my thermostat. Maintenance is quick, and the office manager always answers the phone and finds a quick solution.
Great and affordable place with an amazing community and staff. Moved here from Texas and Jasmine was phenomenal at getting us into an apartment within our timeframe. It’s pet friendly too, so can’t complain there at all.
Got me home there
New management has been wonderful to work with. Jasmine is patient, flexible, and professional. Maintenance deserves a thumbs up for all their hard work too.
