Communication is horrible! *Bloomfield Hills Group LLC* All rent payments are required to be paid via check sent through USPS only. Apparently my rent was increased in March and a letter was as mailed that I never received. Three months later, I get a ledger which shows I haven’t paid the full rent amount AND I was charged a $25 fee for not returning the letter - THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED IT! If you are looking for a new management company, Beware. They have over 100 llc’s under different names to subcontract work out under those names, allegedly. While this is legal, they take a large cut off the top allegedly, before giving to another company to actually do the job. Most of the time the work the sub contract out is horrible. In our sub they use beam builders a lot, and they don’t do good work either. In just under a year (in some cases less) the work needs to be redone. In one of their complexes in Wayne, MI Parkview Apartments they are less than horrible. If you’re a non-smoker please don’t apply here. The units permeates with the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke. At least unit 11 does. I have 2 small children that shouldn’t be subject to second hand smoke. No maintenance, just ask Debbie the manager and they don’t care. It’s like they take advantage of individuals that need occupancy. Definitely not worth $795 a month.
