Fantastic Service! They helped me find my last two apartments as well as my first condo this year. Maurice went above and beyond for me. He showed me multiple places taking the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for. He never made me feel rushed in the process, always explained everything to me, and ultimately wanted to find the perfect place for me just as much as I did. 10/10, will always use Apartment People!
Scam. No company should ask for first months rent before a lease is signed, period.
I can't rave enough about the service we got from Apartment People's John Ruckdaeschel. We are moving from out of state and had a very limited time to apartment hunt. John accommodated us last minute, after hours, at the drop of a dime. I had a great experience, my agent was Micheal K. He was incredible. He was available when I needed him to be. He always made it clear he did not want to sway my decision through this whole process. He was always willing to send me new apartments in the areas I requested. He was prompt with responding, during the search process and during the application process.
