Does not return phone calls or voicemails. Potential landlords should know that this company does a worse job than they ever could, even if it takes a lot of stress off the landlord's hands. Very unprofessional.
We purchased a groupon to try this company. We had hoped that they would be able to do some of the work on our rental property. We made an appointment with the owner. He failed to show up to the first appointment. We rescheduled. He came and we scheduled time to do the work we agreed he would do. He never showed up to complete the work and does not return calls or text messages. Run!!
