I am compelled to agree with another person who left a recent complaint, that Apartment Mart’s requirements to rent are unusually strict and inflexible. My son applied, paid the application fee, which is not cheap, and was declined because he was told he did not earn enough money. We offered to put down the entire year of rent, so his ability to pay would not even be an issue, and that was not acceptable to them.
