My family and I lived here for over three years, and we truly had an amazing and very pleasant experience at Wing Over Apartments. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rented with apartment mart since 2019 and a standout is the speed that maintenance issues are resolved. Johnathon had the repair completed within 40mins after I reported the issue. And that wasn’t a one off that has been been experience with any issue I have had. They have continually made updates over the years from inside the buildings to the landscaping.
Wouldn’t recommend for sure. Sharing most recent one. Been living here for 3 years. Always made auto payments on time. Never missed one earlier. Recently ons payment missed due to Bank technical issue. They charged late fee. Requested in email for exemption. Declined. Went to Office to share situation to Manager and just only try for possibility. Don’t know what Front Desk rep informed. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that future tenants keep thorough records during move‑out. I am taking legal action, and intend to make sure no one else has to go through this.
