Awful experience. My parents applied for an apartment and the company required proof of four times the rent in salary. Since they are retired, they showed documentation of savings that would have easily covered rent for many years, not just a one year lease, but the management still refused their application. Do not rent from them : Disappointing experience in the last couple years and especially with moving out. I rented for OVER half a decade with AP, staying in ONE until that entire time. In the beginning, things were good, and the customer service was responsive/fine. The last few years, rent kept increasing, to a questionable amount.
