AMAZING EXPERIENCE the beautiful ladies at the front desk were absolutely lovely! The energy when I first waked in was incredibly inviting and made me feel welcomed! This is by far the best place to go to if you’re apartment hunting.
I am compelled to agree with another person who left a recent complaint, that Apartment Mart’s requirements to rent are unusually strict and inflexible. My son applied, paid the application fee, which is not cheap, and was declined because he was told he did not earn enough money. We offered to put down the entire year of rent, so his ability to pay would not even be an issue, and that was not acceptable to them. Awful experience. My parents applied for an apartment and the company required proof of four times the rent in salary. Since they are retired, they showed documentation of savings that would have easily covered rent for many years, not just a one year lease, but the management still refused their application. We then asked if my sister or I could co-sign and they would not allow it. This is not common practice for landlords and makes no sense.
