Lived here for 8 years. Moved out 6 months ago. When we left we had an overpayment of 100 dollars plus was supposed to get back my security deposit. I never received a letter from them or anything. We call and go there and they tell us they are working on it. They never sent a letter within the 60 day period and they still haven’t returned our security deposit. Resident for over a year now. I did not like the original management company, they did nothing and screwed us over by promising an apartment was going to be ready soon.... 3 months in a hotel later we got to move in after the stupid little window on the door got fixed. Thats why we couldnt move in and our appliances were not even ready for use. New management is actually seeming to get things done. They had an exterminator to help with roach problems, don't see many these days. Mold is a serious problem still though. You won... read more
