My elderly aunt lives at Greenbrier Gardens and I’ve noticed a significant improvement recently. Work orders are finally being addressed promptly, and the addition of a phone line has made communication much easier. Whatever changes have been made, please keep it going.. this new team is a breath of fresh air!
Greenbrier Gardens was so amazing when Michael Sanney was here. Now that he's gone, the community is back to being impossible to contact. After speaking to several neighbors, it's clear that communication has been severely lacking since. I've lived here since 2023, and before Integrity Rise, it was owned by AMC. That was a nightmare, and I allowed some transitional time when Integriy Rise moved over. Michael was hired sometime in spring of 2025 and he was so great.
