I’ve been living here for 3 months and have been waiting on proper sized air filters for 3 months, so I ordered some myself since Management doesn’t seem to want to take care of it. Also, we are visited by Waste Management 6 days a week, on Mondays @ 4am & Wednesdays @ 5:30am consistently. So now I go to sleep at 9:30pm so I can wake up at 5:30am before they can wake me up, 2 out of 3 mornings. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and pleasant smile of the office. I was greeted with a smile by Sara. She was very informative and patient. She took the time to provide me with all the information I needed. Thank you Sara for making my time at the Mainstreet Annex enjoyable.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst management there is.... they are truly heartless people that unfortunately care about money only and have no empathy or compassion for the apartment residents. Maybe they are unhappy with their job/life which is understandable, but they certainly take it out on the residents living there. Maintenance people are friendly though I will say that. THANKFULLY did not sign lease, take these reviews as your warning and don’t waste your time here My boyfriend and I are temporarily moving for work and will be in Lafayette for four months. When I initially spoke with Sara from Main Street, I specified the four month lease from the very start as that is the most important factor. I was pleased with the quote I received for Units B and C in the Annex and Unit A1 in River Ranch, which was all units at $850/mo plus 10% for short term lease, so $935/mo ($3,740 total).
