I rented with them for two years and can confidently say they are the best around. I, unfortunately, had to move out of Portland and Michael made my quick move so much easier. Will rent with them once I return to the area.

I have been renting with Apartment Locator/Johnson Realty for about a year and a half and have no complaints. I recently had my first need for maintenance and the response was quick and helpful. They continually checked in via calling and email to ensure everything was being done. I was honestly shocked everything was done so quickly, especially over a holiday week! I rented from Apartment Locator for three years as a single woman living alone and felt very comfortable and safe in my apartment. When something broke or needed attention, it was a hassle free experience each time. I would highly recommend Michael Smarc for a landlord as he is incredibly kind, attentive, and prompt. I will miss my apartment that became my home :)

I’ve been renting for over a decade now, and Michael has hands down been the best property manager I’ve had. I’ve so appreciated the kind and timely responses, and the overall care to the unit. I was never worried about things getting fixed here or left alone, which has brought such a peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough!
