I have been renting with Apartment Locator/Johnson Realty for about a year and a half and have no complaints. I recently had my first need for maintenance and the response was quick and helpful. I rented from Apartment Locator for three years as a single woman living alone and felt very comfortable and safe in my apartment. When something broke or needed attention, it was a hassle free experience each time. I would highly recommend Michael Smarc for a landlord as he is incredibly kind, attentive, and prompt. I will miss my apartment that became my home :)

I’ve been renting for over a decade now, and Michael has hands down been the best property manager I’ve had. I’ve so appreciated the kind and timely responses, and the overall care to the unit. I was never worried about things getting fixed here or left alone, which has brought such a peace of mind. Cannot recommend enough!
